You can view your current and previous bills anytime in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. Here’s everything you need to know:
Where can I find my bill?
To view and download your current or previous bills in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘Bills’.
- Tap ‘View previous bills’.
- Tap the bill you’d like to view.
Please note: If you'd like to view a bill from over 12 months ago, you'll need to submit a Subject Access Request. You can find more about submitting a SARs request on our Privacy and Cookies page, under 'Your Rights'.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, simply contact us. We can request a copy of your bill to be sent, but this can take a few working days to process.
