Unable to access 18+ websites

Hi ​@Aliacik,

 

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing 18+ websites.

 

First, you'll need to make sure that the Adult Content Filter has been removed from your iD Mobile account. You can do this by:

  • Logging in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
  • Going to Services (or Manage my services).
  • Selecting Adult Content Filter.
  • Following the prompts to remove the restriction (you may need to verify your age).

If the restriction has already been removed, you may also need to check your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome: Check whether SafeSearch is enabled by visiting your Google account's SafeSearch settings and turning it off if required.
  • Firefox: Ensure any parental control or content filtering extensions are disabled.
  • Safari (iPhone): Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content, and make sure it isn't set to Limit Adult Websites.
  • Microsoft Edge: Check that Microsoft Family Safety or any SafeSearch settings aren't restricting content.
