I have 2 account (2 phone numbers/2 contracts) on my name in my email.

I log in and I cannot for the life of me find the other number anywhere even though they've taken money from my bank for direct debit.

Where can i find the other account? i also need to change the bank account of the direct debit. 

How do i do this?
