2 ID contracts 1 coming to an end but want to keep number from the ending one and transfer it to the other one?

I have 2 id contacts 1 is coming to the end of contract but I want to keep the number but transfer it onto the ongoing contract.

    Hi ​@Sarah21,

     

    I’m really sorry, but our system does not allow internal number transfers. You can, however, transfer a number from a different network to iD Mobile, or from iD Mobile to another network. The only way to keep your current number with us is by upgrading your existing contract, which will create a new plan while retaining your old number.
