2 ID mobile account using same email address

Good afternoon,

I have the same email address for 2 ID mobile accounts/phone numbers, I cannot see the 2nd ID Mobile account details, please helps.

 

1st account number: (Information Removed), mobile number: (Information Removed),. I can see account details when I login using the email address.

 

2nd account number: (Information Removed),, mobile number: (Information Removed),. I canNot see account details when I login using the email address.

Hi, I have the same problem and have had both accounts for a number of years now and never resolved this.


I have tried to add the other mobile number (my daughters) to the mobile app but it won’t let me says ‘sorry your details don’t match our records’.
How can I resolve this and unlink both accounts from the one email?

 

I would prefer to do this over the phone with a human being as I keep going round help chats and article circles!

I am so sorry to hear of the issues you are facing.

 

Here are the steps on how to add a additional number to your account:

1. On the 'Home' screen, tap 'View your plans' located in the top right of the screen.
2. Tap the 'Add new plan' button.
3. Enter the mobile number for the plan that you wish to add to the account. > The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
4. Enter the last name of the account holder and then enter the date of birth of the account holder. > Once done, tap 'Next'.
5. You should now have received an SMS to the iD Mobile number that you are adding to the account, which contains the one-time passcode.
6. Enter the 8-digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen.
