2 id mobile accounts to the same email address

I have two iD Mobile accounts. My personal account appears when I log in, but my son's SIM-only plan no longer does. I'm still paying £6 per month by Direct Debit and receive the monthly bill notification emails to this email address, but I can't access the bills because the account isn't visible in My Account. The original SIM has been lost, so I don't know the mobile number and can't request a replacement SIM. Could you please locate the account, tell me the mobile number, relink it to my online account if possible, and arrange a replacement SIM?
