I have paid for 200gb per month on a 24 month contract. It is made up of 150gb with 50gb loyalty bonus. When it didnt arrive my first month on the 24th i contacted customer service & they assured me it will be added automatically when the 150gb runs out. However my 150gb has now run out but the 50gb hasnt been added. The bot has not solved it & customer service is closed till 9am tomorrow? What am i supposed to do for the next 13 hours with no data? Stand outside a take away to get on the wifi which is what i am having to do to write this message? Come on id mobile at least deliver what customers have paid for.
