accidentally deleted acount

I accidentally deleted my acount on the app and no longer can get back into the app to view my plan I’ve tried to sign. Back in but I can’t as it asks for my uk mobile number and sends a code but I’m currently in Australia and have no access to that phone number can I log in another way without verifying my phone number

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access the iD Mobile app.

    Kindly note that you will not be able to download and use the app without access to your UK mobile number, as verification is required to sign in. Once you return to the UK and have access to your UK number, you should be able to download the app and log in successfully.

    I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
