Account Deletion without a number to add

Hi there,

I have previously created an account with iD, with my email and a password, but never ended up using this account for my phone - i have a different account created with a different email address. 

How can i delete this account that has no number tied to it, because every method i have tried so far requires inputting a mobile number to continue with anything.
