I’ve had an ID account for my daughter’s number for the past 6 months, it is set up in my email. I recently ordered a phone on contract through ID also using my email but I can’t see the details for my contract on the app

We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty viewing your new account in the iD Mobile app.

 

If both accounts are registered using the same email address, you'll need to add the new account to the app. To do this:

  • Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
  • Tap the Profile or Account section.
  • Select Add another account.
  • Enter the mobile number and account details for your new contract.
  • Complete the verification process to link the account.

Once completed, you'll be able to switch between both accounts within the app.
