Active plan shows as being disconnected

Hi - I had previously been a customer of ID before transferring networks.

I have recently returned to ID, with the same number I left with, however my plan shows it is still disconnected (even though it is active). 

As things stand I cannot access the account online.


How do rectify this?​​​​​​

We are sorry to hear that you are struggling to log onto your account. 

Have you tried reregistering again? That could be as to why it’s not working. You need to register again.
