Add Nicknames for multiple planes

Good morning.

I currently have three plans; personal one and two plans for grandchildren.

I had hoped in the app that I could add a nickname to the grandchildren’s plans so I can easily tell who’s I am looking at when checking.

I can see that I can change the billing name in the app but don’t want to do this in case I screw anything up.

Unfortunately I don’t believe adding a nickname to accounts in the app is possible, however we’ll feed the want for this feature to the team and hopefully this will be included in a future update.

Hopefully this may be something that could be introduced in the next update for the app.

However, can I ask whether changing the billing name within the app will cause an issue. Is the billing name used as a security check against the number?

Changing the billing name should be fine, as anyone can pay the bill for any contract.

Are you able to provide any guidance on how to change the names as I can find them online or in the app for my 3 accounts, but the names are always greyed out/locked?
