Question

adding another number to my account

Hi, I have 4 numbers that I pay for but I can only manage 1.

Im trying to add my kids numbers to my account so I can manage data ect but it always says your details are not recognised.

 

I have tried signing up with their own email/details but still get the same message everytime.
