Adding another phone number on app


Can't add my sons details to new app, telling my details are incorrect

Hi @Rooster51 

 

When adding an account that is used by someone who isn’t the account holder, please ensure you’re using the details of the account holder and not the user themselves.

 

If you’re still having issues with this, please let us know so we can get in touch.

Hello ID Community.

How can I add my another phone number to my online account?
I have my main number 07961483660, but I want to add 07737779085. Both numbers are on contract, and I want to have a full insight to both contracts.

I am trying to add the second number I got with ID to my account, however it says that the details don’t match despite I checked them several times and they are correct.

Dear Tom/ID Mobile

I can’t add my daughter’s number in the app - I would like to temporarily block her phone. I have tried adding both my details and her details and it still says the details are incorrect. Please can someone contact me?

The details used in the iD Mobile app/website would always be the details of the account holder, not the user (should they be different people).

 

We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account, so we can discuss your issue further. 

 

To access your messages, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Private Messages’.

I presume from what I have read here to add my wife’s phone I start by getting her signed up to ID Mobile with a new subscription and then once that is up and running I go into the app and simply add it in the app. Is that corret?

Hi,

I have 2 ID phone numbers on my account however when I log in it only shows my latest number and I couldn’t log in to my other number account details as I have used the same email address for both numbers

In the iD Mobile app, you’ll be able to select “View your plans” to add another number to your existing account.

 

If you can log into the account for the other number, you’d need to delete the app account for that number before adding it to the existing one.
