Adding slanother plan to the app

Is it possible to add another plan to my ID account so that I have two different plans in the same app?

Hi @Jeff King,

Yes, it's possible to have multiple iD Mobile plans linked within the same app.

Here are the steps to add an additional number to your account:

On the Home screen, tap View your plans in the top-right corner.
Tap Add new plan.
Enter the mobile number for the plan you'd like to add.
The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
Enter the account holder's last name and date of birth, then tap Next.
An SMS containing a one-time passcode will be sent to the iD Mobile number you're adding.
Enter the 8-digit code when prompted.

Once completed, you'll be able to manage both plans from the same iD Mobile app account.
