AGENT IS NO GOOD AT HIS JOB. two hrs and failure

Agent is not good. Spent nearly 2 hrs sorting an account connection problem. Waste of time, first chance to end it and he did  , could not solve my problem  so chickened OUT. WILL ANYONE HELP ME

    I can completely understand how frustrating it must be to spend nearly two hours trying to resolve an issue, only for the chat to end without the problem being fixed.

     

    Have you since managed to get the issue resolved, or do you still require assistance?

    Until someone can delete the old account it will stop me logging on. EVERY TIME IT SAYS ONLY ONE NUMBER CAN BE REGISTER . DELETE THE OLD ACCOUNT AND IT WILL WORK BUT I MEAN GET RID OF OLD ACCOUNT WIPE it out.

    No, not long term. The only way to solve this is to completely  delete the dormant account and that will allow me to just have my number {REMOVED} in your system
