Hi,

I have multiple plans. When switching/viewing plans the name is always the same as the value used is the billing name.

May I suggest adding the ability to add a custom name/nickname override to a plan to make it easily identifiable for customers with multiple plans? Maybe even the ability to add a photo.

The phone number is there but for people that don’t know the numbers or maybe struggle to read numbers/small text this would be a welcome accessibility and user experience improvement.
