Hello,

I haven’t been able to access the app for several weeks. I’ve changed my password and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. Please advise.

Also, how can I claim the Samsung Chromebook that came with my phone? I’m concerned I may have missed out due to not being able to access the app.
