Attempting to access the iD mobile app but repeatedly being logged out within seconds. Can you help please ?

Let’s try a few quick fixes that usually sort this out:
First, completely close the iD Mobile app (not just minimise it), then reopen it. If it still logs you out, restart your phone and try again.
Next, check your internet connection — switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you can, as a weak or unstable connection can cause the app to crash or log you out.
Also make sure the app is fully updated. Go to the App Store and check if there’s an update available for iD Mobile.
If it’s still happening, try clearing the app:
Delete the iD Mobile app
Restart your phone
Reinstall it from the App Store
Another thing to check is your phone’s date and time, set it to “Automatic” in Settings, as incorrect time settings can sometimes trigger login issues.
If none of that works, it may be a temporary issue with the app session itself, and logging in via the iD Mobile website in the meantime can help.
