Why can't i use 2 numbers on the app individually to view books etc.  my main number ok   addvs number cannot see any details

Phone help useless won't help me

  • Are you experiencing the same issue when logging in via the website, or is it only happening on the app?
  • What is the make and model of your handset?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Log out and back into the app
  • Clear the app cache/data (or reinstall the app)
  • Ensure both numbers are fully registered under the same account details (name must match)
  • Check if you’re able to switch between numbers within the app settings
