Hi,

I’ve never had access to the app or website. Now when I try to login to either it says password is incorrect but never send the password reset code

Hey there ​@Matt 222, if you’ve never logged into the website before, then you wouldn’t need to do a password reset, which is why it’s not being sent if you don’t have an account. Please try register first.

Hi,

when I try and login it’s asks for a password but I can’t remember it, and no code comes through. I must have registered ages ago as there is no option to register, just login
