I am in a similar situation. I’ve got a few numbers with IF mobile but never been able to size the app as the security code when registering never comes through to my email

Hi there @Matt 222, sorry to hear that.

Have you tried via both the website and app?

Are you trying to register this account for the first time, or trying to reset a password?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi,

I’ve never had access to the app or website. Now when I try to login to either it says password is incorrect but never send the password reset code

Hey there @Matt 222, if you’ve never logged into the website before, then you wouldn’t need to do a password reset, which is why it’s not being sent if you don’t have an account. Please try register first.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi,

when I try and login it’s asks for a password but I can’t remember it, and no code comes through. I must have registered ages ago as there is no option to register, just login
