APP WONT LET ME ADD MY DAUGHTERS CONTRACT TO MY APP

I have filled in the section of the app to add my daughters number to my account so I can access billing etc (I pay for it) but it just comes up with an error message. 
 

I want to see when her contract is up etc. how do I access this info?

Kindly note that if your daughter’s contract is registered in your name (as the account holder), then yes; you should be able to add it to your account and view the details, as long as all the information matches exactly.

 

However, if the details entered don’t match what’s held on the account (for example surname or date of birth), this can cause an error message when trying to add it.

 

To add the plan, please follow these steps:

  • On the ‘Home’ screen, tap ‘View your plans’ located in the top right of the screen.
  • Tap the ‘Add new plan’ button.
  • Enter the mobile number for the plan you wish to add (must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long).
  • Enter the last name of the account holder and the date of birth of the account holder, then tap ‘Next’.
  • You will then receive an SMS to the iD Mobile number you are adding, containing a one-time passcode.
  • Enter the 8-digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen.
