attaching my childs account to mine

Multiple phone contracts but can only log in and see mine. 

have an Id mobile number and account. i later got sims for my 2 sons but i cannot connect their contracts/bills etc to my account even though i pay for them all i cant log in for their mobiles. 
 

I’ve tried adding it in my account where it says add plan but it doesn’t work not sure why
