When your bill is produced you can look at the call/message history for the past month on there. You can find them under bills and previous bills. If you need it sooner look at the call logs on your phone handset.

If the call came through as a private/withheld number, unfortunately it isn’t possible for you (or us) to trace the caller or view the number details. Withheld numbers are intentionally hidden by the caller.

If the call was malicious, threatening, or harassing, your options are:

-Report it to the police if it was serious, they can request call data if required.

-Consider blocking withheld numbers on your handset (most phones have this option).
