Can’t access phone asking for a password

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing your phone, I can imagine how frustrating this may be. 

 

Unfortunately, we’re not able to reset or access a device password from our side. For security reasons, this can only be handled directly on the device itself. We’d recommend either contacting the phone’s manufacturer for guidance on how to reset the password, or visiting a trusted local repair shop who may be able to help you regain access.

 

They’ll be best placed to advise you on the next steps based on your specific device.
