Trying to access my account. I have been asked to create a new account to access my old account.  It all works until I add my mobile number - it then says it has no record of my number.

All iD Mobile users will need to register again to the app/website that launched around April 2024, are you sure all your details are correct when attempting?

 

Have you tried both your app and the website?
