Can't create account due to PAC number not being entered

I have registered with ID mobile and changed over - I am still using my old sim and can’t work out how to change the PAC number. I can’t register with ID mobile because I am not on their sim (as my new phone has my old number) -HELP! I just need to speak to someone or access the account so I can change my ID mobile number to y old number. My ID number does not go to any phone so I can’t access the code they send to change over.
