Can't login to ID mobile account either using laptop or mobile.

I got a eSIM for my daughter in my name back in 30th April.  Last month she got a message about her data being gone. So I’ve just tried to register an account and have tried multiple names emails, phone numbers and dates of birth but cannot login?

As you've tried multiple combinations of names, email addresses, phone numbers and dates of birth without success, this will need to be investigated further.
