Can't upgrade on either app or website, stuck in a loop of asking me to login repeatedly

The app shows that I’m eligible for an upgrade, but both app and website take me back to the login page every time I press ‘upgrade now’

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble upgrading.

 

If you're being redirected back to the login page every time you select "Upgrade Now" in both the app and on the website, this may be a temporary issue.

As a first step, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or alternatively try using a different browser or device. If you're using the app, ensure it's updated to the latest version and try logging out and back in before attempting the upgrade again.
