I can't use your apps because it always shows that my information can't match your record.

      I can't use your apps because it always shows that my information can't match your record.  

      Im having the same issue. After 1 hour on chat with support, still no further forward. ID Mobile APP has got to be the most annoying app ive ever encountered.
