can you have 2 mobile numbers on the app with same email address

Yes, this is possible. Here are the steps on how to add a additional number to your account:

1. On the 'Home' screen, tap 'View your plans' located in the top right of the screen.
2. Tap the 'Add new plan' button.
3. Enter the mobile number for the plan that you wish to add to the account. > The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
4. Enter the last name of the account holder and then enter the date of birth of the account holder. > Once done, tap 'Next'.
5. You should now have received an SMS to the iD Mobile number that you are adding to the account, which contains the one time passcode.
6. Enter the 8-digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen.

I keep doing this then my MAIN  number I'm not able to look up bills or anything just look at new number bills etc.  the new number has a green dot in it and NOT my original number now so it's not possible to look anything up with main number if you see what I mean.  PHONE Help Useless I've given up
