cancel my voicemail

I'd like to cancel my phone going to voicemail. Please advise

This answer feel a bit old.

Try this (I'm on Android):

1) Login to your iDMobile app;

2) Tap PLAN at the bottom;

3) Scroll down and tap on MANAGE YOUR ID SERVICES;

4) Deselect the button next to VOICEMAIL.

You should be good like that.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you’d like to cancel or deactivate voicemail, you can do this directly through the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:

How to turn off voicemail in the iD Mobile app:

Log in to the iD Mobile app
Go to Account
Select Settings / Services
Tap Voicemail settings
Choose Turn off voicemail and confirm

Alternative method (if you can’t find it in the app):

You can also contact us via:

Live Chat: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once deactivated, calls will no longer divert to voicemail.
