I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you’d like to cancel or deactivate voicemail, you can do this directly through the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:
How to turn off voicemail in the iD Mobile app:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app
- Go to Account
- Select Settings / Services
- Tap Voicemail settings
- Choose Turn off voicemail and confirm

Once deactivated, calls will no longer divert to voicemail.
