Cancellation of PAC transfer today

Hi I contacted you yesterday to request cancellation of PAC transfer today, but was told it's locked. Just a last ditch attempt to see if PAC transfer can be cancelled today before it goes through?

Thank you for getting back in touch, and I’m sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused.

I understand that you contacted us yesterday to request the cancellation of your PAC transfer and are hoping we can stop the switch before it goes through.

Unfortunately, once the number transfer process has been locked, we’re unable to cancel or stop it, even if the transfer has not yet completed. I’m sorry that we’re unable to intervene at this stage.

Thank you for your understanding, and we apologise that we cannot provide the outcome you were hoping for.
