Just ordered received my new sim, I have set up an account and I am trying to set up my pac code switch. However, when trying to complete the log in it asks for my telephone number but of course it is not recognised because it is not with ID yet so I cannot progress into the account. I have entered the new ID mobile number but it then sends me a verification code which I can’t access. I have put the new sim into my phone but am not receiving the text message - I guess because I have not switched to ID yet... Can someone help please?
