Cannot log into ID mobile app on my samsung phone

I cannot log into my ID mobile app on my Samsung phone. But I can log into my ID mobile account on the laptop. Help please.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into the iD Mobile app.

As you're able to log in to My Account on your laptop, it doesn't sound like there's an issue with your account credentials.

Could you try logging in using an incognito/private browsing window or a different web browser to see if you're able to access your account that way?

If the issue is only affecting the app, please let us know and we'll be happy to suggest some further troubleshooting steps.
