Cannot Register My ID Mobile Account - Onbarding - Date Of Birth Not Recognised - 2nd ID Mobile Account

Hi,

I am trying to complete the Onbarding process, but the Onbaording website is not recognising my Date Of Birth.

This account I am trying to set up is my 2nd ID Mobile Account.

 

Could this be causing some sort of conflict with my 1st ID Mobile Account?

Or did I accidentally enter the wrong date of birth, can some one who works for ID mobile double check for me please?
