cant find new number

My wife has switched to id from o2 and has not received a email or txt to activate her new sim I try to talk in the chat but the bot always asks for the mobile number of the account and there no email not txt so she does know the new phone number any help much appreciated

Once inserted in phone the NETWORK will automatically activate the SIM; send a text from it to someone who’ll see your new number, or go into phone’s SIM settings to see your new number.

Sorry my mistake it’s not a SIM card  it’s a eSIM not a physical one but no email or txt so don’t know the new number to log in anywhere

Have you check via the spam/junk folder to check the contract summary to see if you can find her number.

We would be happy to provide the new number and arrange for an eSIM to be sent.

However, if the account is under your wife’s name, she will need to contact us directly via email at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk, or reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram, as we are required to speak with the account holder directly in order to proceed.
