Cant log in to id app or online

Joined ID mobile in December and unable to log into my account. When I try online (chrome) it reloads on the enter number page. When I try the app it says 'oops something went wrong' 

I have cleared cookies, restarted phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and no luck!

I’m really sorry you’ve been having trouble logging into your iD Mobile account.  that must be frustrating, especially as a new member.
 

Thanks for trying the usual steps so far. Let’s try a few more things to get this sorted:

-Try a different browser or device – sometimes Chrome settings or extensions can cause login issues.

-Check your internet connection – switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can help.

-Use “Forgot your PIN/password?” on the login page to reset your details.

-Ensure the app is fully updated – check your App Store/Play Store for the latest version.

Hi thank you for your suggestions . I have tried all of the above and the website and app are still not working. The website refreshes every 6 seconds when trying to enter my mobile number to set the account up.

 

Is there anything that can be done as I currently have no way of accessing my account.
