Joined ID mobile in December and unable to log into my account. When I try online (chrome) it reloads on the enter number page. When I try the app it says 'oops something went wrong' I have cleared cookies, restarted phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and no luck!

Let’s try a few more things to get this sorted:-Try a different browser or device – sometimes Chrome settings or extensions can cause login issues.-Check your internet connection – switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can help.-Use “Forgot your PIN/password?” on the login page to reset your details.-Ensure the app is fully updated – check your App Store/Play Store for the latest version.Lamiya
