Change my monthly plan

Hi I'm trying to change my plan to the £18 unlimited one, it says I can't do it until I've had the account open 31 days and to try again on the 5th of September which is today and although it's now 17:55 I still can't upgrade.

If you are wishing to upgrade your plan and finding it difficult to do so via your account, then you can contact the iD Mobile Sales Team to discuss the move:-

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble changing your plan.

As it's now showing that you're eligible to make the change but it's still not allowing you to proceed, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team so they can review this and make sure there are no restrictions on the account.

They'll be able to check why the plan change isn't going through and discuss the available options with you.
