Hi, can I change first name to Donald on bills please? Changed on site but bills still show up as Donnie rather than Donald. Donnie nickname, Donald correct name, sent passport as evidence if useful.

Firstly, for your own security, please avoid sharing personal documents or information, such as photos of your passport, within the Community, as this is a public platform.

To have your first name updated from Donnie to Donald on your account and future bills, please contact our Live Chat team. They’ll be able to complete the necessary security checks and assist with updating the name correctly.

Please note that previously generated bills cannot be amended, so the updated name would appear on future bills once the change has been completed.
