How do I change the number on my ID account after my number has been ported to ID?

    Hi ​@Amardeem ,

     

    Once your number has been successfully ported to iD Mobile, you can update the mobile number linked to your account by following these steps:

    -Log in to the iD Mobile app or My iD account online.

    -Go to Account Settings or Profile.

    -Look for an option to update your mobile number and follow the prompts.

    -Save your changes — you may receive a confirmation via text or email.
