I have changed my email address, I have tried to change this on app but will not allowed change. Spoke to customer service who said they have changed the email address but same resul

Thank you for your post. Just so we can understand what’s happening, could you please clarify what result you’re seeing after the change was made?

 

For example, is the old email address still showing in the app, or are you having trouble logging in with the new one?
