I've had to request a change of my number because of harrassment. I've been on live chat to ID mobile and quoted the police incident number. How long will it take for the new number to be active ?

Thank you for getting in touch with us. I’m really sorry to hear what you’ve been dealing with you did the right thing getting in touch and providing the police incident number.
The new number is usually active within a few hours, but in some cases it can take up to 24 hours.
During the changeover, you may notice temporary loss of service or that incoming calls/texts don’t work this is normal.
