Hi,

I want to move my child (15 yrs old) from another provider. How do I select a plan and set him up with his own account but on my payment card? I cannot see any option in the app to create a second account and link it.

As your child is under 18, the plan cannot be registered in their name. It would need to be in your name and linked to your banking information.
