Hello.

I am using ID mobile sim and i am quite happy with it.i used to have 1 month sim contract and pay monthly for it nearby £10 to£12 each month .after afew month i saw a phone deal with sim and a free Samsung tablet.i changed my plan from sim to phone and sim.i am paying nearly£39 each month.it is nearly a year i am staying on my 24 months plan.I tried to find a customer support link in ID app but this item is not available unfortunately to ask them and clam for free Samsung tablet with my plan which i have not received it. 

I am going to university and i need my tablet which id mobile promised to give it to me .please help me to get my tablet.
