Complaint thread and further bad service

Dear Team,

Ref Complaint number:  496024891

The ceo team called me only to have the call terminated by the ceo office.  This is another example of the absolutely abysmal customer service experienced.  

Please call up the complaint number and re-call.  The situation is absolutely not resolved.
