How to find your contract end date:
You can view it in the iD Mobile app:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app
- Go to Account
- Select My Plan / Contract details
- Your contract end date will be shown there

You can also check via Live Chat here if you have any trouble accessing the app:

They’ll be able to confirm your exact end date and any upgrade options available to you.
