Currys gift cards received but not working

I can see from previous posts this is a historic issue so how do I get my gift cards working please? I received them quickly after placing SIM only orders on 26th August 2025 but went to use them yesterday and one comes up with error and the other says balance of zero when I checked the cards using the online balance checker

Was this ever resolved? I’m having the same issue and ID Mobile online ‘help’ has been beyond useless.

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear you’re having issues with your gift cards. I understand how frustrating that must be, especially after waiting to use them.
 

We’re aware that a small number of customers have experienced similar issues, and we’ll do our best to help get this resolved. In the meantime, please try the following:

Double-check the card details – ensure the card number and PIN are entered exactly as shown.
Try a different browser or device – sometimes this can resolve balance check or redemption errors.
Clear your browser cache/cookies or use incognito mode.
Check expiry/activation – some cards may require activation or have validity periods.

Apologies again for the inconvenience, and we’ll get this sorted as quickly as possible.
