I'm sorry to hear you're unable to use 4G when you're away from Wi-Fi, especially if you still have plenty of data remaining.

Could you please try the following:

• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Restart your phone.
• Check that Mobile Data is enabled.
• Ensure your preferred network type is set to 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto).
• Make sure Data Saver or Low Data Mode isn't restricting mobile data.

Enable Automatic Network Selection

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection.
2. Ensure Automatic is turned on.

Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.
2. Ensure Select Automatically is enabled.

Reset Network Settings

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
2. Tap Reset.
3. Select Reset Network Settings.

Android

1. Go to Settings > General Management (or System).
2. Tap Reset.
3. Select Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.
4. Confirm the reset.

After completing the above, restart your phone and test your mobile data again with Wi-Fi switched off.

If you're still unable to use 4G, please let us know:

• The make and model of your phone.
• Whether calls and texts are working normally.
• Whether the issue happens everywhere or only in certain locations.
