Does anyone know if it's possible on the app to find out when I first started using ID?

    Thanks for your question.

     

    Unfortunately, the iD Mobile app doesn't show the date you first joined iD Mobile.

     

    However, you may be able to find it by:

    • Checking your earliest iD Mobile bill in the app or your online account.
    • Looking for your original order confirmation email.

     

    If you're still unable to find it, you can let us know or you can contact our Customer Service team so that we can take a look for you.
